12 month Case Study for Major Australian Government Department delivers Amazing results.

Cresstec delivers an average 40.05% real world energy savings for a major Australian Government department.


In November of 2022, in conjunction with BGIS’s Innovation team, Cresstec installed our world first patented technology, REED and H-DAC AI products at a site in Richmond NSW Australia.


Our cutting-edge systems are lowering energy consumption and carbon emissions, with observed average energy savings of 40.05% (electricity usage was reduced by 24,570 kWh) over 12 months, along with a 20.18 ton cut in carbon emissions and an estimated payback period of 1.8 years. 



The Government has initiated a range of investments to drive a 43 per cent reduction in Greenhouse Gas Emissions by 2030 and achieve net zero by 2040. The program is delivering renewable energy and associated technologies, leading high-level feasibility assessments of low emission including energy and fugitive gas emission reduction technologies.

These retrofit products are easily installed to any existing or newly installed commercial HVAC-R system, with the whole system requiring less than 60 watts of power to operate. The system is extremely quick to install with minimal downtime of the existing infrastructure.
